Unisystem Group wins the security contract for Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport
The National Airports Office (ONDA) has awarded Unisystem Group the project to upgrade and strengthen the security systems at Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport. This project is part of an ambitious program aimed at improving security at three Moroccan airports, with a total budget of approximately 140 million dirhams.
Last June, nearly thirty companies and consortiums competed in this tender to win these strategic contracts put up for bid by ONDA. The Unisystem Group-Ultranet Multimedia consortium was selected for its particularly competitive offer, amounting to 40.4 million MAD.
This project includes the upgrading and strengthening of video surveillance, access control, and perimeter security systems at Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport. Unisystem Group and Ultranet Multimedia will work to implement advanced technological solutions to ensure the safety of airport passengers and staff. This is part of the preparations for the world sporting events that Morocco will host starting next year and ONDA’s “Envol 2025” three-year development program, which emphasizes technological enhancement and digitalization of various managerial processes.
This success reflects Unisystem Group’s constant commitment to making a significant contribution to improving the security of Moroccan airport infrastructures. The company distinguishes itself by its ability to offer innovative and effective solutions that meet the most demanding security needs.
Throughout its 20 years of commitment, Unisystem Group has demonstrated success and determination in carrying out major projects. Coinciding with its 20th anniversary, this project represents a real gift for USG, once again confirming its ability to respond to complex challenges and provide high-quality security solutions.
